We are proudly woman-owned and operated, and are enthusiastically committed to using the power of music to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive city.
We are out here to become the go-to option for people and organizations seeking authentic, immersive music experiences that foster community, inspire positive change, and promote social equity. We also want to bring everyone along for the ride and have the most fun doing it.

If you haven’t seen her around… you most certainly know someone who has. Not only is Karli Colpitts the main brain behind Tempo Collective, she is also Winnipeg DJ favourite, K Chedda and one half of the Wackydoodle Dance Party.
A graduate of Mama Cutsworth’s DJ Academy and an accomplished musician, Karli has graced the stages of The Winnipeg Folk Festival, Festival du Voyageur, Pride, and Dauphin Country Fest, to name a few.
A school teacher and super-mom by day, but when it’s party time, K Chedda is there spinning RnB, funk, and soul to get folks moving. Her infectious positivity and beaming smile means you’re in for a blast when K Chedda is on the decks.
